Poster authors will hang up the posters on designated places for the whole duration of the congress for the audiences' free viewing. Each author will be available on November 24, 2016 between 12:00 – 13:30 for questions.
The size of the poster wall is: 100 cm wide and 140 cm high.
We will suggest you Poster format: maximal DIN A0 (portrait format).
The poster exhibition takes place at the back side of the auditorium. The posters must be removed at the end of the congress. For not distant posters no liability is assumed.
The presentations are 8 minutes. 6 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for discussions.
Sessions talks are normally coordinated presentations together with other authors on same topic or field. Each session has an assigned moderator and/or session leader, who introduces the speakers and directs the discussions, questions and answers from the audience.
Workshops offer participants an opportunity for practical hands-on experience. Workshops have a limited number of participants, typically in a range of 20 to 50. The workshop leader will work closely together with the Scientific Committee and the Organising Committee to assure that needs will be met.
As a technical equipment are available in the auditorium and workshop rooms a notebook and data video projector for a Power Point presentation in the format 4:3 with the resolution 1024x768 pixels (no slide projection) or 16:9, 1.920x1.080 pixels! Please, note that the use of own laptops is not possible. We ask all advisers kindly to deliver your data early in the media check. During the congress every adviser steers his talk even by Radio Presenter, technology staff is available in the auditorium and workshop rooms.

The media check is located at the basement floor of the venue – next to the lecture hall in the entrance hall.
Your presentation should be delivered not later than 2 hours before presentation in the media check.
The media check is only for the presentations at the lecture hall.
If you have a presentation at the workshop room please bring your presentation on a stick directly at the room. Please upload your presentation at the laptop LATEST one break before your presentation. A technician will be on-site.
Use of Apple:
We kindly ask you to make your talk compatibly to Microsoft office. For testing please go in the media check. Your presentation will be checked with the computers on site.
